Actually its not. It is in the middle of two +250 towers and it is surrounded by many towers.

That´s right, that´s just a render, doesn´t mean it will look so lonely when finished, I don´t think the guy who made the image care much about the sourrounding buildings.

I counted i believe almost 50 new projects of highrise projects going on in Panama! End the most U/C to my suprise.

Just breathtaking :nuts::).

Panama currently has more than 110 skyrise projects being constructed, with 127 highrise buildings already built. It currently holds the 65th place in the world by highrise buildings count.

El Waters va lento pero si se nota avances como un segundo hoyo. El Arts-Yoo tower se que estan trabajando en el proyecto pero no se nota para nada.
Es mas pareciera que el unico lugar para Arts-Yoo seria en el parte atras del lote ya que el Waters esta tomando mucho superficie. Bueno espero que le gusto el update. Saludos de panaboom!!

This building have topped out already and they are making that funny spire on top and the entire building is almost covered by glasses....

The render on the opening post before it was built made it look as a lonely building on the waterfront... and it turns out to be crowded by two other big buddies, those folks could spread clothing lines across balconies.

Believe me, all this buildings have clear ocean view, and besides in all mayor cities, like Dubai for example, you will find buildings built close to each others and not appearing that way in the render, is just publicity.

Well this is the view those building have...just righ infront of them is the Cinta Costera....a city space for the families.

I think they are doing a good investment.
