Hey Guys,

So if the developer decides not to lauch the project for some years, isn't there any way an investor can ask for his money back?????

Another concern that I am having is who is going to rent all these offices?? The supply is just ridiculous....130 towers, in my estimation, could provide more than 3000 offices??????? And RERA insists that no projects will be cancelled....what do they base their decisions on?

hmmm... i guess thats the risk in buying property 'cheaper' before construction starts.

RERA says none cancelled, but most are delayed, so the 3000 offices and 4000 residential units will be put on the market over the next 6 or 7 years (or even more)... only a handfull will be placed on the market now... followed by another handfull in 2010 and 2011
