XI PARK PLAZA is a project developed by korean construction company. The project consist of 2 towers - 55 and 35 floors and a huge mall between them. Construction works have begun in 2007 and will be finished in 2010.

It is under construction with other 5 skycrapers in different parts of the city. All of them are built by korean companies. This project is under construction and work process is in foundation, i have seen it it is really deep.

Beautiful buildings, with oil money lots of these buildings will be build in coming years!

One of the skyscrapers is XI PARK PLAZA. It consists of 2 towers (55 and 35 floors). Location is next to Park Hyatt, actually in the Tbilisi avenue amont Park Hyatt and Heydar Aliyev Sport and Concert complex.

Another building is a new hotel instead of the demolished Moscow Hotel. It will be a new 37-storied skyscraper near Milli Mejlis (parliament).

Also, there is a u/c skyscraper opposite to Caspian Plaza. It will be a 35 storied building. You can see its project, i have posted them recently

One more skyscraper is SOCAR Tower and this skyscraper will be constructed on Heydar Aliyev avenue, close to the 6-storied building of SOCAR.

do u know what a building is u/c on boulevard just opposite to former azerbaijan hotel which is now almost completely demolished. do u have project picture? and what will be built in a place next to sport complex in boulevard . years ago that place was rent by Morrison, currently by turkish company - if i'm not mistaken

As for those amazing skyscrapers. I have some information about them. I know they will be close to Sports-Consert Complex in Baku. Unfortunately i don't know the concrete place where they are constructed in Baku, but look at the project:

Park Bulvar shopping mall will be finished in fall 2008. As for XI PARK PLAZA they will be U/C soon after a few months of ON HOLD STATUS.
