Grenoble is a small but vibrant city in the french alps ( 100 kms from Lyon and Geneva). Its mainly a student city and also a silicon valley of france because of the various industries located here.

Grenoble has always been one of those places that I wanted to know more about, but never have managed to visit.

Grenoble looks like pretty large on theses photos.
It's funny to see there is the same spherical (and horrible) fountain in Liège and in Grenoble.
