Yup I was driving around today, in part just to look at all the pretty leaves. Great shots. :)

Oh, but one thing which *has* occurred to me, and my drive today re-affirmed this . .

Almost all of the colorful leaves in the fall around here are of non-indigenous species. If we didn't import a lot of maples, oaks, sweetgums and tuliptrees from the eastern US and Europe to landscape our yards, parks, office parks and shopping centers, autumn around here would be a helluva lot more boring.

You keep a tidy house there boy. Nice. I got a sense of crisp Autumn air from that. I live in Miami now so that was a little refresher, thanks. Maybe one day I will get around to taking photos again. I get bored nowadays with my digital camera. I think I had a mini-stroke.
