I would not definetly say it is there. but likely.. however it might not happen at all..

we will see about it. could indeed on the other side as well.

In render, you sort of see plam in background which means Next to Infinity is a possiblity either way it's an interesting design, i suppose we have no more info.

This has to be taller, it looks pretty huge to me. If it was only 250m it'd be ridiculously thin.

It does seam taller from the render, Whys it called Beachfront, there is no beach there it's the Yacht / Sailing Club.

What actually made me think about an arse marina location, was the particular shape of the tower, offering absolutely no views over the Marina canal as if they intentionally didn't wanted any on that direction. This shape and positioning would have been pointless and very bizarre, if the tower had to be located in front of Infinity ... and Damac Heights (as well).

One of the people in the conversation is actually stupid or been drinking and it's not IMRE.

It's got to be the 2nd loaction next to al bateen.....why well 1st like i siad before why would you call it Beachfront hotel and put near Infinity there is not beach there.

Also as demonstrated by Altin's comments about it's shape and the brochure this just confirms it really

Read my post again... not HIS sea view, rather his TOWERS' sea views that he did claim

My sea view is still intact! The sea view is from the bay window in the master bedroom and looks towards Palm JA, so this tower will not affect it. The sea view from the lift lobby will be affected but probably not for a good few years.

Al Bateen Towers use in it as a plot storage as well as new bridge ! so it gonna be on hold for so long ...

its been almost a year since the last post here, is the any updates from anyone regarding this plot, if this is really going to be a hotel than its probebly going to be on hold for the next 2 years until the market somewhat starts recovering, IMO 5 years full recovery in Dubai
