how much down payment for 2 bed,,,,,and 1 bed room...

The price for 1 bed is around 750000 AED now.

However the project has got delayed quite a bit and is now being planned for completion 2009, more than a year and half behind schedule.

Been hearing that work has restarted on Silicon gates 2 and handover is expected in sep 2013. Can anyone confirm this . Any updated pics / on-site activity reports would also be greatly appreciated
