Sky Gardens on the natural Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.

With two towers on Dubai Waterfront and one on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, the portfolio includes prime sites in the Emirates and this is just the start of an ambitious program with more announcements expected in the coming months.

'It was always the intention to use Cityscape Dubai as the platform from which to officially launch our initial three projects as the exhibition attracts more than 45,000 visitors which include both regional and international investors from more than 120 countries', said George Chehwane, CEO of Plus Properties.

'We are celebrating the launch throughout Cityscape where we will be showcasing superb models of the developments and enlisting the help of a number of celebrities who will be with us on the stand. There will be lots of surprises as well as the special discounts on a limited number of units that we will be offering during the exhibition.'

Both the Dubai Waterfront properties which are made up of the Pixel Tower and the Wave Residence, and Sky Gardens on the natural Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, are designed by world famous architects James Law Cybertecture International Ltd. The Hong Kong based firm specializes in futuristic architecture which is reflected in the stunning designs of the three towers.

'There is a strong demand for prime freehold waterfront residential accommodation in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and we will be among the first developers to start construction on the world-class Dubai Waterfront which is the largest waterfront development in the world today. Initial feedback from investors has been extremely positive with many comments on the superb locations and the eye-catching designs.'

It is really shame that only people wgo will but the townhouses will enjoy the gardens, people who will buy the 1 BR and the 2 BR will have nothing special but a normal balcony!
the developer dose not provide land scaping either, so you are left with your own thing there!
AND THEY ARE NOT CHEAP EITHER!!! much more expensive than DAMAC property Ocean Terrace, the Town house of DAMAC would reach around 5Million dirhams, Town house with PLUS is around 7 million dirhams!

One of the leading property developers in Middle East, Plus Properties, together with Taahud General Contracting Company, has entered into a Dh.400mn construction contract for developing the SkyGardens project, a waterfront property at Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.

This deal makes way for commencement of construction of SkyGardens project, which is likely to turn out to be one of the most prestigious waterfront projects dotting the Abu Dhabi skyline, revealed a Plus Properties official. Enabling works of the project have already commenced.

SkyGardens is an iconic residential waterfront project, designed by renowned architect James Law, featuring a range of single, double and triple bedroom deluxe apartments, garden apartments and sky garden duplex villas.
