That's the plot. I posted this picture some time ago because I thought it is the plot of Bijoux plaza but Bijoux plaza is on the right side. So now we've got this rendering and a giant whole excatly on the same plot.

Bijoux Oyak bank ile Bank Express'in (Garanti Levent'de) ortasinda kaliyor.

Pardon ya ben o sari binayi (yesil camli) hep Osmanli bankasi olarak dusunuyodum. Anladim dedigini, ben de orayi kastetmistim!! Tesekkurler...

Bende bu binayı çok merak ediyordum! Bunun inşaatı başladı. Buraya vinç bile diktiler. Gece olunca arka caddede hep beton kamyonları bunun önünde vızır vızır çalışıyorlar... İnşaatçı firmanın adı "Berko".

Hayır Acıbadem daha aşağıda. Google Earth'ten bak Maslaktan Sarıyer yönüne doğru Büyükdere'den devam et, Darüşafaka kavşağında infosu görünüyor. Maslakla pek alakası yok açıkçası ama Maslak popüler ve komşu muhit olduğu için öyle demişlerdir.

Evet bu binanin durdugu arsa da ayni, ben arka taraflar sanmistim yani bam baska bir proje, dogru iki tane proje var ayni arsa icin.

bugün maslakta içerilerde gezindim biraz doğuş power centeri bulmak için...valla arkalarda daha bi sürü boş alan var özellikle istanbul çorapın yeri ve onun tam karşısındaki köşede diamondun arazisi kadar araziler var ...bu son mall istanbulun inşaatı zaten başlamış durumda bildiğiniz gibi...en az 5-6 tanede 150 m lik projeler üretilecek boşluklar var...ileride tekrar hareketlenir o bölge...zaten oto sanayi de satılırsa orayı hayal bile edemiyorum..

Ikincisi de guzel tabii ki ama umarim ilki de bi yere yapilir, bosa gitmez!

Bu da DoI gibi yavas bir turlu yol seviyesine gelemedi, Maslak'ta binalar bir turlu bitmiyor yaw.

hızlandı son zamanlarda... Gerçi Maslak'ın ipini taşyapı çekti, oranın fokksiyonunu bozup, koca koca arazilere, mütahit mantığıyla apartmanların en iğrençlerinden dikerek. Çok çirkinler...

Bence AI'dan daha yüksek olcak
bu arada ben bu binayı çok beğeniyorum

^^There is something going on, however slow. But who cares, in this environment if construction works are continuing we shall be glad.

One think I would like to say about the ING Building - formerly Osmanli/Garanti Bankasi: I love this building. Look at it! It's classy, simple and elegant. Although it's technically a low-rise, I love it. I hope companies build more hig quality low-rises like this one. :cheers:

Yaklaşık 1 ay önce ntv'de Celal Pir'in sunduğun bi programda Türkiyedeki vinç sektörü hakkında konuşuyolardı. Program bu inşaatta sunulmuştu şimdi arkadaki İz giz plazayı görünce tanıdım. Hatırladığım kadarıyla inşaat devam ediyodu ama neden hala yükselmiyo bende bilmiyorum :)

The red concrete pump seen on all previous photos is also missing from the last photograph.

Hala cukurdan birsey cikmamis.

Yalnız çok güzel fotoğraf valla hiçbiyerde kusur yok.Şu sağdaki merdiven biraz kötü görünüyo o kadar.Bi de tam karşıda arkada bi büyük gökdelen olsa ortada daha da süper olurdu!

İnşaat durdu mu ?

Abdi Ibrahim'in görünen tarafi cok güzel. Bu bina AI Tower'dan uzun mu olacak? Ben dizaynini begenmistim ama cok yavas ilerliyor anlladigim kadariyla.
