Esfahan - Mixed Use Complex

The project, due for completion in 2010, entails the creation of a landmark development in Esfahan, Iran.

With a floor-print of over 103,672m2 of land and situated near the business area, it is to be built in two phases. The initial phase includes a shopping mall with a total area of 144,235m2. The mall will consist of a mix of retail; shops, restaurants/cafés, hypermarket, food court, an iMax cinema and an amusement centre.

Additionally, a 25-storey 7-star luxury hotel with an area of 51,275 m2 will be located over the mall, which will incorporate restaurants and sport facilities for the 500 rooms. The complex will also include an office tower, a 3-star hotel and an exhibition centre.

The project is unique and aimed at giving the people of Esfahan an environment that will become a premier destination for work, shopping and entertainment.

Actually the land price around this project has gone up heavily in the last 2 years, as this project has been in the planning for 3+ years.

i reckon they should build isfahan to massive city with industrial factories and power plants on one side and the other side hotels , sites , and get people out of outskirt villages into this, since isfahan is like 2-3 times bigger than tehran AND IS NOT ON SEISMIC FAULT!!!!

build numerous highways too

خبرگزاري فارس: اجراي پروژه "سيتي سنتر اصفهان " كه در نوع خود بزرگترين پروژه تجاري و تفريحي خاورميانه محسوب مي شود، با جذب بيش از 70 درصد سرمايه يك ميليارد دلاري مورد نياز پروژه از خارج كشور فرصتي مغتنم براي جذب گردشگران خارجي محسوب مي شود.

به گزارش خبرنگار اقتصادي خبرگزاري فارس، معاون اقتصادي شركت پرستيژلند در بازديد خبرنگاران از اين پروژه در خصوص فعاليت هاي منحصر به فرد اين پروژه گفت: پروژه "سيتي سنتر اصفهان " از آن جهت كه مجموعه اي از برج هاي WTC و IFC و هتل*هاي 5 ستاره و سه ستاره و shopping mall را در خود دارد بزرگترين و مجهزترين مركز تجاري خاورميانه است، مي*تواند پنجره*اي براي ارتباط ايران با جهان تجارت باشد.
به گزارش فارس مراحل اجراي پروژه "سيتي سنتر اصفهان " اخذ مجوز از سازمان سرمايه*گذاري و كمك*هاي اقتصادي و فني جمهوري اسلامي ايران ، اخذ مجوز از وزير اقتصاد و دارايي، اخذ مجوز احداث از مراجع و سازمان*هاي ذيربط استاني، طراحي نهايي و تهيه نقشه هاي اجرايي، احداث ساختمان ستادي، مطالعات ژئوتكنيك، آغاز عمليات اجرايي با پيش بيني زماني در حدود 39 ماه جهت اتمام عمليات اجرايي فاز اول پروژه و همجواري با پروژه*هاي مركز تجارت جهاني و مدرن ترين مركز نمايشگاهي بين المللي بوده است.
"سيتي سنتر اصفهان " بزرگترين و مدرن*ترين مجتمع گردشگري، تجاري و تفريحي شامل هتل بين المللي 5 ستاره با استانداردهاي هتل 7 ستاره، هايپر ماركت، مجموعه سينمايي با آخرين تكنولوژي روز دنيا (Imax)، بزرگترين شهربازي سرپوشيده خاورميانه به متراژ 34 هزار و 500 متر مربع و بيش از 750 فروشگاه از برندهاي معروف ايران و دنيا، شعب بانك ايراني و بين المللي، فودكورت، رستوران*هاي ملل، نمازخانه، سالن هاي نمايش و آمفي تئاتر، گالري هاي هنري و نمايشگاهي و غيره مي باشد كه به وسيله يك پل زيباي شيشه اي كه خود برگرفته از طراحي سنتي بازارهاي ايران است به برج هاي مشترك ديگر مجموعه شامل مركز مبادلات مالي بين المللي گيت وي (IFC) برج اداري و هتل آپارتمان به يكديگر متصل مي شود.

حضور سرمايه گذاران ايراني و خارجي در "سيتي سنتر اصفهان "

معاون اقتصادي شركت پرستيژلند ايران در خصوص شركاي مجتمع تفريحي و تجاري سيتي سنتر اصفهان گفت: سيتي سنتر اصفهان توسط شركت پرستيژ لند ايران احداث مي*شود كه اين شركت از چند شريك ايراني و خارجي تشكيل شده است و از آن جمله مي توان به شركت خورشيد سپاهان، شركت راك سراميك، شركت راكين اشاره كرد.
وي با بيان اينكه سرمايه مورد نياز اين پروژه حدود يك ميليارد دلار برآورد شده است، افزود: 35 درصد از سرمايه شركت متعلق به شركت خورشيد سپاهان، 15 درصد به سرمايه داران ايراني مقيم خارج از كشور و 50 درصد توسط شركاي خارجي تعلق دارد كه مجموعه همه اين شركتها شركت پرستيژلند ايران را تأسيس كرده اند و مراكز رسمي داخل كشور آن را به رسميت مي شناسند.
وي افزود: در طي ساخت پروژه سيتي سنتر در اصفهان نه تنها ارزي از كشور خارج نمي شود بلكه سرمايه اي در حدود 1 ميليارد دلار وارد كشور شده و در كنار اين ورود سرمايه، باعث رونق گردشگري در كشور و ايجاد 30 هزار فرصت شغلي مستقيم در استان اصفهان مي شود.
وي افزود: پيامدهاي اقتصادي اين پروژه توسعه تنوع اشتغال با تكيه بر جذب كارآفرينان از سراسر كشور، كاهش نرخ بيكاري و بار تكلف در استان اصفهان، تلاش در راستاي تقويت و گسترش سيستم حمل و نقل اصفهان، استفاده حداكثر از تجارت الكترونيك و جذب نمايندگي هاي قوي از بازارهاي منطقه و جلوگيري از خروج ارز ايران به كشورهاي حاشيه خليج فارس عنوان شده است.
معاون اقتصادي شركت پرستيژلند ايران با اشاره به همكاري هاي مستمر استانداري و شهرداري اصفهان گفت: شهردار اصفهان از ابتداي اين طرح تاكنون همواره با شركت پرستيژلند ايران همكاري داشته و ما خرسنديم كه مسئولين شهري با توجه به ارزش ويژه اين طرح تمام تلاش خود را براي ساخت و تكميل اين پروژه عظيم و ملي و اجراي اصل 44 قانون اساسي در استان اصفهان به كار گرفته اند.

بهره برداري از فاز اول پروژه در سال 1390

وي افزود: اين پروژه در4 فاز طراحي شده است كه فاز اول آن از ابتداي سال 87 آغاز شده و تا پايان سال 90 به بهره برداري مي رسد و فاز دوم آن به موازات فاز اول از ابتداي سال 88 آغاز خواهد شد.
به گزارش فارس از جمله ويژگي هاي بارز محل پروژه مجاورت با شهرك هاي اقماري و پرجمعيت سپاهان شهر و بهارستان، فاصله 15 دقيقه اي تا فرودگاه بين المللي اصفهان، فاصله 4 دقيقه اي تا زيباترين ورودي شهر اصفهان، فاصله 700 متري تا گمرك اصفهان، فاصله 400 متري تا ايستگاه مترو، فاصله 300 متري تا ايستگاه مسافربري راه آهن، دسترسي آسان از مناطق مختلف شهرستان هاي اطراف و هر نقطه اصفهان بدون نياز به عبور از ترافيك مركز شهر، مجاورت با دو بزرگراه ورودي و كمربندي شهر اصفهان، همجواري با پروژه هاي مركز تجارت جهاني و مدرن ترين مركز نمايشگاهي بين الملل و هم راستا بودن با طرح هاي مصوب توسعه شهري (طرح هاي جامع و تفصيلي شهر اصفهان) است.

Becuase about 3 month ago i went to tehran for 3-4 days,i saw very big and modern building,it seems like shopping mall,But Im not sure...

tehran has the most shopping centers among big cities(if we dont consider places like kish island)

if you count the small ones in Tehran, than it has more than Kish Island, Tehran got many shopping centers and mallls, but the diffrence between Kish and Iran is, Kish putted all his malls in a shoppingcenter but Tehran on the othe hand haas plenty of long shopping streets. so Tehran is the best place to shop in my opinion, but Kish is much cheaper

i like this project alot, and the company(s) building it, because they have a god damn website with proper photos and weekly reports , from all around the complex, and the pics are large
