I like it too, I must say that strand is cool. That's one place in CT where one can enjoy a bit warmer water as it is in the indian ocean side.

Yeah. The wind is the only problem :( Pity about it. But on a windless day it's an awesome place! The sidewalks and public facilities just need a bit of a touch-up too.

This project was canned and is called Emerald Isle. It was marketed by Heico.
