1. My 2007 Euro trip began in London, where I met up with the Hong Kong forum crowd. We ventured east of the City past Liverpool Street station to see what the edge of East London would be like.

5. Although there have been a number of regeneration projects in the area, the contrast between the new and the old is quite great. Here, you'll see the new glassy towers and the rowhouses seem typical of a decent London neighborhood.

31. There's quite a lot of action happening in the City these days, with plenty of construction projects and buildings covered in veil.

Fabulous pics! Well done! I love East London.

This pic is really cool. With all the new towers u/c the city is going to look grotesque from this viewpoint.

Nice pics. You visit a lot of cities in the world. What kind of job do you have? If I may ask.

Wow, you visit London annually?!

Thanks for the photos! London is awesome.

I lived opposite Liverpool Street Station for a couple of weeks when I was there. Such a convenient location to navigate around the city.
