stmon October 23rd, 2007, 02:45 PM Interesting!!
Kaxper October 23rd, 2007, 03:32 PM yes, strategically, this makes more sense then another condo on sukhumvit ... nonthaburi is high density (second highest after bangkok) and has good demographics.
Zimoune October 24th, 2007, 06:14 AM it will make sense when i will see the mix of units. that area is good for LPN/spali products and i dont think major is aiming that. BTW, it looks very nice! is it upper than thammasat / siriraj?
satit28 October 24th, 2007, 09:24 AM the design looks nice.........
crazyrat October 25th, 2007, 03:18 AM Very nice !
mtt16 December 20th, 2007, 04:26 AM cool!!!
pon December 20th, 2007, 12:21 PM This looks nice. The chaophraya waterfront area in Nonthaburi may become the next popular choice for condominium. The purple line train is about to start.
And one important thing, Nonthaburi has few factories. It' has a real good environment for living.
Imperfect Ending June 8th, 2008, 01:14 AM Hoping this project is still alive
Fouroceans June 8th, 2008, 05:48 AM It is still alive and will be launched next year according to MJD presentation.
PADTHAI June 8th, 2008, 12:07 PM mmmm. Few factories...that sounds like a good reason to open lots of horrible, polluting factories!
Kaxper June 10th, 2008, 03:17 PM i tried driving to the site but gave up cuz the neighborhood and traffic is not appealing.
