yes, strategically, this makes more sense then another condo on sukhumvit ... nonthaburi is high density (second highest after bangkok) and has good demographics.

it will make sense when i will see the mix of units. that area is good for LPN/spali products and i dont think major is aiming that. BTW, it looks very nice! is it upper than thammasat / siriraj?

This looks nice. The chaophraya waterfront area in Nonthaburi may become the next popular choice for condominium. The purple line train is about to start.
And one important thing, Nonthaburi has few factories. It' has a real good environment for living.

mmmm. Few factories...that sounds like a good reason to open lots of horrible, polluting factories!

i tried driving to the site but gave up cuz the neighborhood and traffic is not appealing.
