Just purchased a 2 bed penthouse on this development.

Due for completion in April 09 along with the golf course. The whole project is due for completion in 2012.The whole development is massive and very impressive. Any one on these boards invested???

Anyone have any recent updates on this project?? I am due to visit the site in November 08 and will update with rergards to current build development. I have been told that completion of AP1 is due in Jan 09. I feel this is a bit optimistic and feel that it will be completed around April 09.

Slightly worried in that the parent company of Fadesa-Maroc (Martinsa-Fadesa) filed for bankruptcy in July 08. However, I was notified that this would not effect the project on Atals Golf as Adoha own 50% of all assetts.

All the one beds are sold out. I believe the cheapest two beds are now in the region of £130K and these are first floor two bed apartments with solariums.

I wouldnt worry too much, Fadesa Maroc is like a total seperate company. Doesnt have much to do with Martinsa-Fadesa...only that Martina Fadesa has stocks in Fadesa Maroc. Fadesa Maroc is also responsible for other projects that are being build (like the Tanger City Centre) and it doesnt seem that the bankruptcy of the parent company had any effect on that.

Will be taking video's and photo's of the development. Will post them here when I get back. Had a friend who was in Marrakech a few weeks ago. He said the development was looking very good and the finishing was of a very high standard.

And the projects aren't stopping, literally every month there is a proposal for a new projects. I'm glad that they are moving fast in Marrakech, some place else it wil take centuries!
