Bafana back on track

African heavyweights Zambia were beaten by South Africa in the final of the Cosafa Cup last night. After a recent string of disappointing results – including a 2-0 defeat against Italy – SA won the match 4-3 on penalties. The score was 0-0 after regulation time. The two sides met in the final of the 11th and last edition of the tournament at the Vodacom Park Stadium in Bloemfontein. The result was a marked improvement for SA who were beaten 3-1 by Zambia in the African Cup of Nations last month.

Honestly, its a lousy tournament but if Coach Pereira can stick to the same boys, we will suprise many in 2010. They are dedicated and are willing to play not like the McCarthy and the Quinton fortunes of this world, I hate those bustards.

But we still have to raise at least 2 super strikers for 2010.
