The mirvac group has started construction of its latest

agreement with Thiess and Mirvac was planning to
retain the building as an investment.

He said the success of Mirvac's Arbour on Grey
project underpinned the popularity of the area as a
thriving commercial, retail and residential precinct.
"The innovative design and incorporation of the latest
technologies in the building will most certainly
complement the environment, the public transport
and parklands - which are all huge advantages of
companies looking for new premises," Mr Freeman
said.
South Bank Corporation chief executive officer Bill
Grant said 189 Grey Street would further enhance the
vitality of South Bank.
"Grey street has established itself as a vital business
district and is central to the vibrant lifestyle that
exists at South Bank," Mr Grant said.
