I am proud to present you my first project of a skyscraper. I wanted it to be quite good and nice, so i worked on it really hard, though it's not finished yet.

It's a supertall with a spire. Some say that spires s..k but the spire and the way it is placed was the first idea I got and it was the first impulse to start this. The name was a big nut to crack but because it is suited next to a river and it is planned to be the tallest building in area, the name is to be Riverside Center.

The building consists of a 81-floor tower and a 40-floor tower on a 4-floor podium. Both towers have independent cores but are fully connected with all the floors. On the top of the smaller tower there is a observation deck (height: 156,75m) and on the roof there is a swimming pool (height: 160,25m) . Although it's not too high, it's suited towards the river with no tall buildings near, so the view is great. On the top of the main tower, there are 8 additional floors (303,75m-328,25m) in the corners that are used for observation only. Between these corner floors are 4 metal beams forming a cross (height: 317,25m) on which the spire (62,75m long) is placed. The cladding is two color, blue and silver.

The building is going to be mixed use with mostly office/residential use. There are also going to be cafés, restaurants and shopping mall in the podium. There are also three restaurants in the main building on floors 19, 44-45 and 85. The top restaurant has also got tables on the roof. Mechanical floors are 20-21, 41-43, 67-68 and 77-78. Except these floors are floors 4 to 41 for office purposes, 46 to 78 for residential. Floors 79 to 84 are housing three two-story penthouses. Besides the roof of the secondary tower there are two small terraces on the tower. One that belongs to a restaurant on floor 19 from the front side and one from the back side on floor 79 that belongs to one of the penthouses. The roof of the podium is partially made of glass supported by metal beams. Under the building there is a big underground parking with 4 floors.

As for the golden cladding, I myself am not so sure that I like it, but it's quite original I think and it doesn't look bad...
I'll think about it later, there is a chance i'll change it...

I made a pic of two structural views on the tower. It is also with the underground parking floors and with grounding. It's added in the first post.

So I decided to change the gold color, stopped liking it... Now it's silver and it looks much better I think...

Im doing simple renders now thats why they look like that... When finished ill make better renders and the blue will look better...:)

Yes, I plan to add some surrounding buildings, but only after Riverside Center is finished. Stilll remains a lot of interior work. I made three more renderings, hope you like it...

Yes because the surroundings are not made yet and when it flyes in space it doesn't look good, that's why im making views from bottom first. Im trying to make the renders look a little realistic and flying buildings don't look realistic... :)

And there are two top views on the first page, so it's not all the time...

There will be various views added when i'll made suroundings...

Love the design, but why does the restuarant level have a swiming pool?

The upper floor of the restaurant on floors 44-45 will be more a bar than a restaurant. Both floors are operated by one personnel, you can eat on both floors, but the style of furniture will show the difference. Lower part will be more luxurious, upper one more simple and with a big bar. :cheers:
