the block, Joy, is under construction. This is either the connected phase 2 to Joy or the site of the don mills sales centre

The development is on Mocassin Trail near Donmills and Greenbelt dr. (South of Lawrence). This area was filled in with a condo and many townhouses a few years ago and this development is going to occupy the last space available, overlooking the DVP and set against traintracks. Coming up the DVP, it will be right after Wynford drive (Basically on the opposite side of the Rainbow tunnel). To be honest I haven't researched this because it doesn't especially interest me, but I used to go to school in the area, so please excuse any mistakes I have made. Much more important it seems, is the new Don Mills mall being rebuilt just up the street by Cadillac Fairview.

I'm always puzzeled by the development of townhouses in the area. Those will never fit into the sorrundings.

I used to go to Valley Park MS as well until transfering to York Mills.

This is the lot I was thinking of, although im not 100% sure it's the site for Red Hot, I know there has been a condo planned there for at least a few years.
