Doesn't look that much more than 6F? Where abouts in Sunninghill is it Pule?

Close to Microsof offices, its visible from the higway. There are currently 2 cranes there.

I think its between 6 and 8 floors.

As I said DB, I will have to go look up the name again. I'm not 100% sure that The Icon is the name.

It looks a bit bland and standard. But in sunninghill it will look like an icon...

I like the structure on the right hand-side of the photo, I think that will be a gym.

looks very cheap design and construction. not a high std at all. and ya not much of an icon, but will fit in nicely in sunninghill, rather yuck architecture there

It will fit into sunninghill well, all bland architecture in the area, so this wont make that much of a difference.

Yup Sunninghill sucks! Bland architecture, terrible traffic, crappy roads and SO office-parky. It boggles the mind why people want to live there - and the area is seemingly in high demand given property prices in the area.

LOL, The architecture is not so nice in Sunninghill and yes the prices are skyrocketing. But crappy roads, I don't agree.
