Best skyline overall, THE skyline: New York City (and I'm not talking only of Manhattan)
Best skyline in Western Europe: Paris now, but probably London in the future.
Best skyline in Asia: Hong Kong
Best skyline in North America: NYC
Best skyline in South America: Rio de Janeiro
Best skyline in Africa: Cape Town
Best skyline in Australia: Sidney

In your first pic Canary Wharf is in a wrong place. It must be seen much more to the right.
