I though that it would be interesting to wrap-up all the ongoing and future projects of Klaipeda in one thread, to sum up, how Klaipeda is developing at the moment, and what is waiting in the future.

^^ True, probably Klaipėda builds more high-rises than Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn. :)

Even two big golf courses. I`ll try to find some more information on them if your interested ;)

If it continues like that, Klapedia could be the skyscraper capital of both Baltics and Scandinavian region. I just wish that they were more clustered together.
