I've got a pic of this building + the Canada Trust Tower in my almanac right now for this month!

Better pictures would give a nicer impression of this building. It looks much nicer in real life.

Never liked this one.. it is not as worse as Canada Trust but.. comes close to that monstrosity since its the same style.

Santiago Calatrava is not the architect of the building, SOM is. Calatrava did an atrium in the project (and its a stunning work) and nothing more. He had nothing to do with the architecture of the towers.

Facade is good, but I only like the slim side. From the broad side it looks like a pair of Siamese twins that have to play second fiddle to the Canada Trust Tower.

6.5/10 it looks ok, but i would have given it a 7 if one of the twin top were taller than the other. the siamese thing that's going on i dun really like:(

these(this) do(does) look like conjoined twins, and though the design is unique, it looks a bit akward. also proportions seem a bit off, even though that makes it look sorta cool. gotta give points for the facade and for the separation into two parts at the top. this tower would look cool lost in manhattan.

this building looks almost as decent as its taller brother and complements it very well when viewed from the narrow side. but it's too flat on the wide side.

3/10 What an utter disaster. I thought it was a cruel joke when they built this garbage. No sense of proportion what so ever. It's still hard to look at. It looks like 2 towers glued together at the side with the top 5 floors hacked off the top. The outside looks like a suburban health clinic in a strip mall. It is way too unsophisticated for its surroundings.

The people who designed this are those types who would live in a crappy bungalow, and when they become affluent, simply make the bunglaow longer and upgrade with pricier materials. It's still a crappy house, just with four times the space and marble instead of plastic. The only nice thing is the Calatrava atrium connecting it to BCE Place.

These two buildings should be razed to the ground and give way to better scrapers. I don't think that I should give it a rating as hitting that numerical value on my keyboard feels like typing an offensive word, like the F-word, and to me, these buildings are just as offensive.

Huuuh... I don't like this too much. I think it's a bit overdone and the proportions are like... Completely wrong. Tokyo City Hall achieves a similar overall shape with a much better effect.
Luckily this is saved by the good quality of the cladding so as long as the light is not TOO bad, it will still look ok... This just acts as a reminder of how important cladding is in the aesthetics of a building (imo).
