Why, is the plot EMAAR property now?

The story goes that RERA are saying that the land is still owned by EMAAR. Which means that Investment House are lying because they claim that they have paid for the land using investors money. So if this statement is correct, then where has all of the investors money for Eden Blue really gone?
Lets hope RERA can get to the bottom of this and find out where all of our hard earned money has vanished too?

The story goes that RERA have said the land Investment House claim to have paid for using investors money, is still owned by EMAAR.

I have received this email today:

"Dear Sir,
Please note that Eden Blue is officially cancelled by RERA/land Department and by next month we are expecting RERA to officially announce on the refund as well as auctioning the plot. You can check yourself with RERA/Land Department. The land will be auctioned by them and this process may take some time. We will update once we have more information.

As per our meeting with the RERA they have informed us that the process of cancellation, liquidation and refund may take up to two years, matter beyond our control. Alternatively, if you wish to follow the matter on your own you may contact RERA. We are following the matter with the RERA and will update all our clients accordingly.
