The boards are up, but very bad - had to take pics while driving past. And looking carefully now, it is not a twin building structure. They are connected.

It'll be interesting to see how this one turns out because it's not really clear from the render..

@ some point there will only be construction vehicles in Sandton, too many developments at the same time and there's dust everwhere. It's good but I just hope that it won't cause too much inconvinience.

Also passed net to this one, it seems like work hasn't started.

Found these renders. The Architects for this are GLH Architects. Nothing really new other than the proposed clients are the mysterious Deneys Reitz.

The Curvy building are a seperate project. As Komsakkie said the curvy buildings will be located next to ABSA Capital and that's what Henning from Paragon told me when i spoke to him last time. My problem is that there's no space there to build those tower IMO but he did say that construction would start im March 2008 and one of the forumers mentioned the fact that his lecturer said its already under construction.

Anybody who can phone cellphones from work should just PM and I will give them contact of Henning and by the way he is a friendly guy who never had a problem with giving me some information regarding some of the developments.

It seems like we have to forget about this one as there's no movement or what-so-ever.
