I remember people had gotten inside and tagged the windows of high floors from inside. Crazy. This project does seem to be going slowly...as the residential market crashes to earth (we're just seeing the beginning of it) I think we will start to see some developers realize they're never going to get their money out of some projects and just walk away leaving half-done projects. Unimaginable, but that's how bad things are going to get with credit markets just drying up. I highly doubt this will be one of them, but it does seem very slow going, who the F knows. |
