How about using this thread for top end newly completed glitzy projects? ie more than x million rand? I like drooling over newly completed goodlookin buildings but not newly completed ground huggers or whateva you guys call them...

Smaller, but this hotel refurbishment turned out very sexy. The dated Rosebank turned into a very chic spot to be seen indeed!
