Korean Supertall Projects such as Lotte Super Tower,Yongsan IBD Urban Development don't affect from PF Financing Loan Crisis.
because Developer combined from Major Enterprises(Big Company-Samsung,GS,SK,Hyundai etc..),These Companies have Big Capital Capacity.
PF(Project Financing) means Distributing Capital(Construction Money) from Related Bank,Korean PF Market(40 Trillion)'s Crisis become crucial and confused, don't affect to Big Enterprise.
Semi-Contractor(Middle and Small Construction Company) will bankrupt only,Lotte Tower and Yongsan Dream Hub's Development will be led by Major Group.(Lotte,Samsung,Hyundai).

I think Problem for PF Financing Loan is very important and basic to Construction's Principle,subconscious PF Crisis don't affect big Impact(Damage) to Korean Industry.

"Haeundae" is the neighborhood they are built in. "We've" is a Doosan conglomerate brand of apartments. "The Zenith" is this specific project. Busan "The Zenith" may have made for a less confusing thread title.

Anyway, they're looking fantastic. I should be back in Busan next month and look forward to checking these out in person.

Someone should add all of these buildings to Google Earth. Busan only has the gold-clad buildings rendered in 3D, and Busan has so much more than that now; it'd look awesome if we could get all of Haeundae up.

I think it's because Google is not that popular in the Korean market. Korean Search Engine leaders like Daum and Naver pretty much owns the Korean Internet Market so yeah not much interest in improving Google.

Check out map.daum.net and map.naver.com and you'll see how detailed and advanced the maps are. They have satellite view, aerial view, and streetview that contains the most recent picture of any street in Korea

^^I kind of figured that, but those domestic internet providers aren't very well-known outside of Korea, and I know that Korea is very concerned about putting on a good face for the world, so you'd think they'd be interested in making sure the cities are well-represented in Google Earth. A lot of Chinese cities have a good amount of detail, and their status there is much less certain than in Korea.

I don't mean to sound like I'm whining; I'd add the buildings on Google Earth if I had the time and know-how, but I don't.

By the way, that picture is f'ing amazing. Once they finish the building to the right of the I'Park and the Kyungdong Jade towers, this is going to be one hell of an amazing snapshot of the city. If I could afford it, I'd so buy an apartment in the tallest Zenith building just to wake up daily and survey the awesomeness of my surroundings.

I like how crown lighting seems like a "thing" in Haeundae. Particularly on this development, it gets your attention but isn't too much. Now all they need to do is encourage some development of the commie blocks behind the marina to really give it the Hong Kong effect:D.

Busan really developed a wonderfull skyline. I will book my ticket tonight to appreciate this beauty with my own eyes

I forgot to post the link to my video footage of the construction site on 20 July 2011. The trio look huge from street level.
The most interesting thing is when i was checking the site, one of the employees came to me and gave me a lot of infos about the project. On the other hand, after few minutes another employee came and told me to shut down my camcoder :p. Apparently they don't allow filming the coonstruction site. ^^Yes, it is a bit silly, but we've been through that before on this thread. Haeundae is where in Busan they're built, We've is the brand name, and The Zenith is the tower name. Why they can't just call them, Zenith, I dunno, but most tall Korean residential buildings are named like this.

Yeah I guess in Korean, the whole name makes sense....Its funny how some languages share the same words but have different meanings and it creates a mess, and fun too.

These are very beautiful buildings but they have the most idiotic name I ever saw a skyscraper have. If they have the Zenith it's OK by me but I don't have the Zenith and I don't think Haeundae cares about them having the Zenith, ROFLMAO :nuts::hilarious
