Actually both the towers next to the hotel are the same height I think 26-27 floors. They will be the tallest buildings in the country for now anyways
Currently the middle tower (Tower 2) is at about the 12-13th floor the Hotel is almost topped out at about 17-18th of 21 floors and Tower one construction just started probably on the 2nd floor by now.

Also there will be a twin to the tower that has already topped out. From the view in the skyline shot shown it will be to the right of the first tower. Construction is now at about the 5-6th floor.

wow, you should post these proyects in the international forum, so everyone can know about the trinidadian boom that is really amazing. the middle tower looks higher than the left one maybe is because of the render? twin towers then? really cool

Hey Trin, I just noticed that there are more buildings along the coast line that don't exist right now. Are these future projects/ projects that are under way?

Hey Trin, I just noticed that there are more buildings along the coast line that don't exist right now. Are these future projects/ projects that are under way?

Actually those buildings you see are on the site of the current Port of Spain port. The port is currently being relocated to a site which is to the south east of the current site and this land is to be turned over to UdecoTT (Urban development company of T&T) who I believe are to redevelop this waterfront space between the waterfront and the stadium with high rise apartments, malls etc.

http://www.guardian.co.tt/archives/2005-03-10/Plan1.jpg
This is where they propose to relocate the port to in the bottom right.

You can see where the port is currently here.

Currently I don't know of any specifics on any of these potential projects. I will post if I get any info.

Ese proyecto está precioso! No creo k la torre principal tenga 26 pisos. De seguro tiene más de 30. Si a la de al lado, que es más pequeña, le conté 27...
