the woodbrook place is going pretty well, thanks for the updates trin, i suggest you going to the international forum and post all of the t&t big proyects so everyone can see the boom that's taking place on that amazing country.

And by the way construction has started on the third tower its on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

there was an accident at the One Woodbrook Place site last week where one person was killed following a trench cave in. The trench which was dug to fix a sewer line caved in trapping two workmen, one eventually was killed.

Apparently the first set of residence have begun moving in last week, finally. There was a big function to mark the event. Kind of a marketing ploy if u ask me, there's still substantial work to be done, but I guess they're phasing the hand over of units which makes sense.

Wow, kinda disappointed by the way these turned out. They're not attractive at all. Poor architecture for a city filled with rich architecture.

Yea, I agree. i don't like how they turned out. However, more importantly, at least it's vertical development. I'd prefer a 25 story building over an entire new 100-home cookie cutter community.

It's got a little of everything, residential, commercial and entertainment center.

Mixed-Use Development is a good anti-sprawl measure. Should be encouraged everywhere.
