Two 135m+ building in the zone Pribinova in Bratislava are going to be build by J&T Real Estate. As the developer said it is possible the height will be increased to 155m or maybe even more. There were also rumors of a 180m version but nothing official. The name Panorama City comes from the fact that the buildings will improve the city's panorama and also offer great view to the inhabitants. The word city comes from the complexity of services and functions, it will be a small city-in-a-city.

EDIT: The twins will probably be 53 floors and 180m to the top, 185m to the top of antennae.

The twins will stand just next door to currently highest building in Slovakia - Tower 115 (115m) and are going to be the tallest when finished. There are also various projects in the areas around with few highrises that will form a nice cluster.

Panorama City will be polyfunctional object with exclusive residential suites, offices and 4 star hotel, square with restaurants and cafes and a park. The company says that part of the project is planting 50 new trees.

very nice project!it will not only be the highest highrise in slovakia but in (former) Czechoslovakia Bratislava really is booming currently,IMO it is on its way to become a city with some very good and interesting modern architecture !also there seem to be many other projects coming up in bratislava like lipovy park..Go Bratislava :okay:

Looks like the 180m will become official. :banana: 53 floors out there in the taller, the height of the two will probably be different, at least the new render looks like that.

^^ yes. definitly the tallest twin towers in town.

http://twincity.sk twin city tower height is still unclear, should be between 110-199m (they probably want to build a few meters taller than panorama city :lol:)
other planned towers in CBD are at early stage of designing, will probably reach max. 150m

well, if Panorama City is 180 metres tall, maybe Twin City could be up to 200 metres. Would be a nice milestone for Bratislava to pass. Anyway, this looks like the first real skyscraper in town (if we define a skyscraper as being at least 150 metres tall) :yes:

it should be finished until 2012, but there's still nothing going on, except the demolition of old office building, hope that ground works will start in a few months.

but recent news aren't that good, construciton will not start, maybe in future

developer wants to lower the towers to 108 meters / 33 floors only, date of construction start still not set, seems nothing will be done here next year..
