Barwa Real Estate unveils Ajman freehold property

Dubai: Qatari developer Barwa Real Estate has unveiled Ajman Corniche Residence, a cluster of seven interlinked towers, a statement said.
Ajman Corniche Residence is located on the Ajman Beach Road. Shopping malls, entertainment centres and residential areas are located nearby. It is strategically connected to every emirate; five minutes from the city centre of Ajman, 10 minutes from Sharjah and 30 minutes from Dubai airport. It comprises seven interlinked towers containing one- to four-bedroom sea-view apartments of 1,344 to 5,909 square feet (125 to 549 square metres).
With its gardens and landscapes, Ajman Corniche Residence provides a vast and clear view of the waterfront surroundings making it a luxurious but affordable and ideal setting for residential purposes, commercial or investment. The amenities include heath clubs, steam room, sauna, pool, relaxation area, children's play grounds, a jacuzzi, and a pavilion.
Completion
The project is expected to be completed in early 2010. The project, owned by Barwa International, offers 100 per cent ownership rights.
"The property and real estate market in the UAE is developing at a very fast pace and has become one of the most highly expanding businesses," said a spokesperson.
Ajman was the first emirate after Dubai to introduce freehold property in the UAE.
A freeholder is considered the absolute owner of a land or building and has the right to occupy, use and enjoy his property forever or until he transfers it to a new owner. This law has presented opportunities for expatriates to own property and to enjoy private property ownership.
Ajman Corniche Residence is supported by Ajman government and is one of Ajman's residential freehold development projects.
