GDL Tower KYIV

GLD located a plot within a 5-minute car drive from the city center of Kiev and is currently obtaining all permissions for construction of an
A - class office building.

This 28-storey office tower will provide 30.000 square meters of modern office space, 3.000 square meters of retail and restaurant facilities and 400 parking lots on a 4-floor subterreanean garage.

GLD will set new standards in Kiev by equipping the GLD Tower with central climatisation, suspended ceiling, raised floors, high speed elevators and supersized parking lots (3 x 6 meters).

Construction will start in December 2007 and will be realized by an international construction company.
