A 18 story tall high-rise building proposed close to a planned football stadium. The high-rise is apart of a larger project inclusings a shopping mall. The high-rise alone will room offices and possible a hotell. Architects behind is LinkSignatur AS (http://www.link-arkitekter.no/). Developers hope to start construction in early 2009 if approval. Shopping mall will be completed in 2012, while the high-rise will be completed in 2013.
