But why is it on hold?

Good news, soon NCC will get some more cranes as TEO will start construction works.

They now have a green light to continue with the construction. And also TEO will be paid 12mln litas (3.47ml E).

It would be a nice addition to the skyline of Vilnius. :cheers:

first of all sorry for my english I have some good news for Teo,(LVTA) court let build Teo administration building . :) I find out about this from this site . http://www.miestai.net/forumas/showthread.php?p=378991#post378991

and the counstruction should start soon i think..;

This is some great news. TEO (i.e. Telecom) doesn't seem to have any financial difficulties these days so investing into a new building when building costs have dropped is a great idea... which means that probably very soon we'll see this thing going up. Something that will keep us entertained before the crisis is over. :)

I remember passing that plot when we were in Vilnius. Good news!:)
