Yes it belongs to Vetruna, but this fact don't change the title. It should be Centre of Registers.

Read carefully what's written in your link: "Administracinių pastatų kompleksas , Registrų centras". Even thread title at miestai.net was changed from Registrų centras. Plus officially it's called "Naujasis Verslo Centras". I prefer to stick to Vetruna towers. ;)

I don't know who said on miestai.net about the height, maybe i missed it, but if you ask architects for a height they can say 85m or 82m. One height can be to the roof, next to the parapet. I asked about the height too and 86m is to the top of the wing. And the lower wing height is 60m.

When leaving the building today I noticed huge blue shining NOKIA letters on top of the left tower. You can't miss them. Apparently they moved their LT office into the building. So I guess we could call them Nokia towers from now on :)
