12 floors is not much, but this project deserves attention I think. ;)

It will be finished at the end of 2008. Total area of the building is 17 000 m2. All windows will be leaning by 53 degrees. Facade will be cladded with black polished granite.

Well, I didn't get information about 12 floors out of nowhere. Official website of builder www.vetruna.lt says it'll be 12 floors, I gave link above. I guess they should know what they are building. :D Use lithuanian dictionary if you want.

It's rather jail than office. Deppressive up to maximum level. Interesting though - but not nice.

Not much time left till we see how many floors it actually has. The only version why they gave number 12, is that maybe for some reason they counted one underground floor. But why only one then? In some sources it was written that it'll have two underground floors, in other - three underground floors.

Its actually being built near some commie blocks, so I think it will be a nice contrast. And anyway, its not a major project, I think its nice, but whether you agree or disagree you cannot deny thats its interesting.

Dunno why you all are so negative. It is quite an uncommon project, and I think it really has something. Sure the perfectly square box is not the most challenging concept to build, but I think when finished it will look very good!

I think it´s simple cube shape is rather advantage comparing to glass and steel architecture of present day office buildings and structures in general - makes the building more unique..I really like this one. :cheers:

A wicked little building! if you see it once you won't forget it. An easy design with the biggest impact. A light blue colour would have made it less aggressive. If you live near there and see it everyday it may not be pleasant to see (especially from the older buildings nearby). Location wise , i prefer to see it in a modern setting. i'd give it the:okay:

The only thing is , it looks like it's build in a park! so, i'm not so happy about that.

the surface reflects, saving grace.
Also the ground floor is nice. Overall detailing is also pretty good.
