- Qingdao Parkson Plaza is a 54-storey building comprising a 49-storey superstructure and 5 levels of basement floors.
- The superstructure itself consists of two parts: an 11-storey podium block designed for commercial use (shopping and restaurant) and 38-storey Tower Block comprising offices (14-storey), apartments (10-storey) and entertainment/ recreation areas (4-storey).
- Situated on prime location (Zhongsan Road) in the city centre, the Qingdao Parkson Plaza was designed as a landmark for this tourists-oriented resort township.
- The total built-up area of the building will be 125,000 sq.m, with some 80,000 sq.m available for sales/ leases.

the last pic is amazing, that that is in China (ok Tsingtau was a german colony are something like this I guess, the church looks very very german, like a typical romanic chruch! I wish we had a chinese looking city in Germany :D

Shape is ok but the facade and colours spoil it.

5.5/10...The colors are awful and too colorful and the top doesn't match with the rest of the building. The little spire is an unnecessary addition which is irritating me!

It manages to make a joke of Art Deco, Post Modern and German colonialist architecture at the same time, and that's quite a feat.
Hopefully it will be quickly surrounded by taller and nicer buildings, so we can forget about this dreadful mistake of a building.
