ABOUT

Hellenic Architecture Agora hosts more than 1.000 threads. This is an effort to compile a comprehensive list of the most interesting, popular and representative threads. Though almost all of the work is a community result, there are always certain individuals that excel and add special value to our forum. We choose to honor them by posting their names along with the thread where they contributed the most.


Guidelines:

Updates, inclusions and deletions will be regular.
Nomination of any thread you find eligible is allowed, but don't forget to provide a substantial reasoning.
Multiple contributors will be mentioned if their effort is evaluated in a similar scale.
Special threads and compilations can be created - without asking for permission - to replace, update or refine the existing HighLighted threads.

Metro this is incredible.
BTW what about the Athens photo thread and the Metropolis Park in Hellinikon thread? I would like to see those two being included on that list.

Your proposals seem reasonable. Still, I want both of you to add a brief justification so that we create a good precedent for the next ones. Otherwise it will be difficult to keep track and evaluate individual nominations.

Well about the Athens photo thread, I believe it's the most collective photo thread of Athens, with some of the most impressive pics of the city, it was one of my favorite threads since its creation. http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=232402

And the "Μητροπολιτικό Πάρκο το Ελληνικό" thread is the thread about Europe's future largest park and the place where the government is discussing to give permission for our first skyscrapers. http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=337148

Ok Giorgio, but it doesn't have to be very long. Something like Alemo's would suffice, and a link please. However, I considered your thread when I was constructing the list and I don't think it currently fits in the scheme since those are not real projects.

Alemo, Athens Photo Thread is certainly a good proposal and I am going to include it. The Metropolitan Park is a great project but I believe the thread is not so informative from the beginning and almost everything is written in Greek.

Οι διορθώσεις έγιναν (επιτέλους - τώρα πραγματικά σας είχα ξεχάσει). Επιπλέον προστέθηκαν δύο σημαντικά thread. Το Athens Photo Thread - το μεγαλύτερο thread που διαθέτουμε με 1,142 posts και 79,242 views - μετά από υπόδειξη του Alemo (τώρα Krainer) και το Acropolis Restoration (με σημαντική συνεισφορά του Reaper-strain και του Ares_K).
