A 120-story landmark tower is visible throughout the city. The highly sustainable tower includes a photovoltaic exterior wall and is oriented and formed to take advantage of the winds from the Red Sea to generate energy. The tower rises above the surrounding development and sets a new standard for environmental design in the region.

On the eastern edge is a hotel tower standing at approximately 80 stories. This facetted tower takes advantage of harbor views and is designed with a face that is folded to glimmer in the sun.

wow... so this is one of the two financial island towers? or is it something else?

missive 120F!!! woow it's more than 450m,and now it's one of the smart building that creating the energy by itself!!!!

Its probably not 100% self sufficient. If I remember correctly the Towers in Bahrain produce 20% of its own energy needs, perhaps its around there?

Does anyone have an idea how tall this will be? and Its definetly not a spire cheater.

I prefer 4 towers with 200m than only one with 800m

Greed is not good looool if you see the renders carefully you will noticed no other building too close to wind towers,if fact it's in mid of parks!

^^ thats a good thing my friend it would be somthing uniqe like the kingdom tower and burj al arab isolated by a fair distance from other towers :D btw i really like the idea of GREEN towers which make energy by solar cells and wind turbins :cheers: hope to see this project U/C soon
