Offices. It's in a little business district near Paris. Others towers on this picture will be also U/C soon for a renovation.

That's a damn big improvement. Looks like a brand new building. It reminds me a lot of what they did with the old stock exchange in London, which is a very good thing.

They should have came up with a different new facade for the Tour Altais. The new facade looks like the current facade was cleaned up, improved drastically, and applied to the shorter portion of the building.
