Ciudad Andina is a mixed use complex located in Santiago de Chile. The complex has 4 towers, but the first phase ( this one ) has only two. Phases two ( the 60-story hotel and residences ) and three ( the fully residential 60 story tower ) will be added later. This is part of the new business centre near Vitacura.

Costanera Centre Tower will become second in height at 310 m.

The first tower is 348 meters tall and has 80 stories. Tower two is 308 meters tall and has 70 stories. Both towers house offices. The podium is 5 stories tall and encloses a shopping mall, there is also a huge outdoor skating rink, with an area for coffee shops and restaurants.

Well, here the first phase pics. Hope you like it.

It has a "Arquitectonica" feel to it, very edgy...would love to see more detail on this design and some ground level close up views.
Nice work.

wow! very elegant, and the shape changes with each angle making quite an interesting bit of architecture there. Do you have any floor plans of these buildings? I would be interested to see.....

Reminds me of crystals, in the 3rd picture, the base of the left tower looks really thin, but from other angles wider, I really love both :D

THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENTS!

Well, exactly how ? Each floor or only by sections ???? Sure, i don`t have floor plans but if you ask me to do so, i will make them.

And the design will feature more detail ( chairs, table, trees, people, cars, and advertisement ) but my good PC is under repair, i made this using the bad PC, which is much more slower and older than mine, so adding details makes it crash...

But yes, expect some details later. Meanwhile, design for phases 3 and 4 is under way.

Cheers !
