They function fine by giving more density to the city, but that`s about all.....

BTW, the parking doesn´t have green lights, but its outside windows are green transparent, so it just looks as if.

sI kind of like them, their different, i like the white lines that are representing the windows or maybe that's just me. Very interesting. ;) their okay in my book.

7/10 fot the Twins of Rotterdam. The night pic is awesome. Unfortunately the towers are completly black.

Actually some extremly ugly commieblocks, but they are at least tall...5/10

Given the beautiful waterfront location I consider these buildings to be almost CRIMINAL. I could cope with them in a boring suburb, but not where they are standing now. What a wasted opportunity to build something really great instead of this massive compromise.

i love it to see Manhattan at the Maas. with on the right side on the erasmus bridge the 3 white towers on the boompjes and on the left side the two black 'twins'!!

Unforgivable they built this in an architectural paradise like Rotterdam!
Still 6,5/10 for the hight and the silhouet.

I think they are very stylisch, like the colour, The 'hoge erasmus' Tower and the 'Erasmus' bridge have enough colour in this cluster. I think the reactions are a bid negative.
they don't look good on the second picture.

Not my favorite in Rotterdam. As you can see, it's even worse at street level. They should have stacked the two towers on top of each other and it would have been a slender eyecatcher. Sadly, the end result is this.

Luckily, the Hoge Heeren will be joined by a 160 meter (or taller even) tower. The towers at least add to the density. Since I like boxy scrapers, Hoge Heeren gets a 6,5.

I'm sorry... It reminds me of some ugly commieblocks in Warsaw. 5

Nice fillers, but the materials are not very well chosen. All the prefabricates plates look different. I guess the towers were designed to be black, but sometimes they just look grey. 6.5/10
