I hope something tall gets built on the other side of the road also. That would create an impression of a gate to Tallinn :)

Þróndeimr December 10th, 2007, 12:54 AM Much glass there, hopefully it will look good, because its extremly wide and boxy.
Nõgesh December 10th, 2007, 04:52 PM ^^
well, bigger part of the highrises in Tallinn are boxy, that sucks

Yes, but I think there really isn't enough demand for exclusive office spaces. Most companies just want an office building with good working conditions and reasonable price.
Rebasepoiss May 17th, 2008, 12:35 PM Just a pic I made while in a hurry and I managed to get a lighting post in the middle of the pic...oh well..

ch1le May 18th, 2008, 12:28 AM i like it!
staff May 18th, 2008, 01:36 PM Me too! Sleek and simple.
N&B cities need more of these anonymous towers for 'highrise infill'. It seems like most of what's being planned in at least Scandinavian cities right now are "landmarks" that are hideous.
Jarmo K May 18th, 2008, 05:09 PM simple building with a strong form! very characteristic to jüri okas / marika lõoke tandem!
Nõgesh May 19th, 2008, 07:45 AM Looks like a lower version of Swissotel, so it looks good :)
Jarmo K May 19th, 2008, 09:47 AM ^i agree! the facade is very-very similar!
ch1le May 19th, 2008, 11:33 AM leftover facade :P
now thinking about it. Wouldnt it be absolutely-totally-frigging awesome if all the buildings in the city, including older ones had this SAME facade! hah! Commies, old town, new buildings, wooden buildings everything!
Jarmo K October 27th, 2009, 10:31 PM it's completed now.
Boscorelli October 27th, 2009, 11:32 PM ^^
Did it turn out nice?
Tin_Can October 27th, 2009, 11:36 PM ^^ It turned out ok. Nothing special,but ok.
Jarmo K October 27th, 2009, 11:38 PM oooo jes! the quality is superb, the building looks like a shiny black diamond :P
should go and take pics. waiting for good weather.
Singidunum October 27th, 2009, 11:39 PM Lol can't we have at least one photo of the finished building rather than text explaining the situation?
Jarmo K October 27th, 2009, 11:42 PM yes we can!
Singidunum October 27th, 2009, 11:44 PM  And this goes for all the other threads!
Boscorelli October 28th, 2009, 11:29 AM yes we can!

SEAfan October 29th, 2009, 02:23 AM Thank you, Kaspar! A different, totally surprising and unusual angle indeed. :okay:
And is Delta Plaza really out with its back towards a green meadow?
