Hey guys ive been doin some digging and accidently found some renderings of this amazing project (finally) lol :D This is how one PART of Marijin Dvor (Sarajevo`s business disctrict) should look like.. The construction starts in July 2006..


HOLIDAY INN / GRAND MEDIA CENTER

Ovim planom hotel Holiday Inn činit će sljedeći volumen:

• Postojeći kockasti volumen hotela Holiday Inn u potpunosti je zadržan po organizacionom projektu
• Grand Media toranj (22 etaže), garaža za 600 parking mjesta
• Natkriveni trg između garaže i postojećeg hotela
• Šoping arkade obodom krila restorana postojećeg hotela uzduž ulice Zmaja od Bosne i Bulevara Franca Lehara
• Iz ulice Franca Lehara pristup je novo projektiranoj kongresnoj sali sa pratećim sadržajima

Parter postojećeg hotela uz novo projektovane arkade i trg formirat će novu cjelinu za trgovinu, ugostiteljstvo, casino, hotelske lobije. U ovom prostoru zamišljena je atmosfera ulice sa arhitekturom enterijera u stilu promjenjivih kulisa. Sam trg natkriven je čeličnom konstrukcijom, a pokriven je staklom. Na krovu garaže i baze tornja predviđena je fitnesss i welness etaža.
Snabdjevanje hotela je s prve transferzale, dok je pristup glavnom ulazu u principu zadržan, ali je njegova forma promjenjena i prilagođena novom obliku.
Planirano je da ravni krov mezanina bude oblikovan kao krovni vrt u maniru suhog kamenog Zen-vrta. Osunčanje i vizure na ovom krovu su izvanredne i moguće je njegovo korištenje u ugostiteljske svrhe. U principu on treba da ima funkciju uzdignutog partera. Konflikt urbanizma pod“ raj-šinu“, koji je prakticiran ovdje, pomiren je smaknutim trgom. Karakteristika urbanizma za koji smo se opredjelili, je oprezne intervencije na mikro lokacijama uvijek zadržavajući viziju dijagonale koja spaja željezničku stanicu sa zgradama parlamenta.

I see two highrise buildings there, which one is which? I am so lost when it comes to the whole Marijin Dvor project! lol Anyway, it looks good... whatever it is. ;)

Sarajevo is building itself a good cluster, and with some good quality highrises.
And now all Sarajevan can proudly say "whatcha doin', nuttin just chillin at the holiday Inn"

Main reasons why this is such great news (imo):

1.) 5 skyscrapers in one place (6, if you count the iconic Holliday Inn midrise). And then possibly a third Unitic tower in the future as well, along with a Saudi hotel nearby. Can you say skyline? :D

2.) They've managed to do this all in the middle of a region not exactly suited for a business district. On one side is a historical church, on the other the national museum, and on another a university campus.

3.) They've basically created a modern Western style downtown. The skyscrapers are all so close together in such a small area along with shopping malls, restaurants, theaters, a concert hall and so forth. No longer will people decide whether to go to the Ottoman old town or to the Austrio-Hungarian sector for a night out; the modern 21st century downtown is also an option.

Have the government approved this project? So, if all the funds come through, the city of Sarajevo will allow the construction to happen?...

I have the unfortunate pleasure of knowing some of the people who were (are) responsible for city's urbanistic planning; let’s be blunt :gaah: :wallbash: someone help us!!!! The idea of planning for them is reacting to what has been built and then approving it. No overall concept of the needs of the city and what should help it grow. :dunno:

I am sure that they had to change the urbanistic plan the location of these two projects (GMC and Triland) was designated park land and a pedestrian corridor but if they get built it’s worth it. :)

why do you care so much about how it is planned, I personally hate the new york squares where you have like 10 buildings in 1 square and the next one 10 and so on, I like it more diverse, with diff roads

The Holiday Inn is already built. :)
The rendering in the newspaper only showed the Grand Media Center Sarajevo because it's only advertising itself. When the Triland skyscraper gets approved, then there will be an article in the newspaper only showing itself.

Thanks to skyscraper_BIH for the article, now we know for sure it's going to get built. I personally really like the design from what I can see in the picture.

Ok, this is what I understand...and what is probably going to happen.

I outlined the Grand Media Center Sarajevo in a blue color so people understand which building it was, and the project also wrapped around the Holiday Inn.
I outlined the Triland skyscraper in green so people understood it was there. The project still not approved, but I can see the city of Sarajevo happily approving more skyscrapers in Marjin Dvor. :)
I outlined the UNITIC skyscrapers in blue, and both have already been built. From the angle of the rendering, you can't see the other skyscraper. Both buildings are 92 meters tall.

Yes, the Holiday Inn is the 16 story bulky building. The GMCCS is going to technically be an extension because they are adding a "bridge" between the two buildings.

Triland rendering does look great. I'm pretty sure the city will approve it and it's start construction around the same time as the GMCCS.

The Bosmal City Center is built in a different district of Sarajevo. I suppose that Sarajevo wants an office skyline (in Marjin Dvor) and a residential skyline in Hrasno.

The Holiday Inn is the bulky lowrise.
The GMHCC is the cylindrical tower right next to it.
The "Triland" scraper is the one in between the Holiday Inn complex and the Unitic towers.
The Unitic towers are the twin towers on the right (east).

Bosmal are residential towers that are quite some way off, in the commieblock Hrasno neighborhood. If you climb up on the surrounding moutnains they vaguely fit into the "skyline", way off on the side.

I love cylinder shaped towers, and this one has a very cool glass facade, it's going to look really immpressive.

^^ yea the glass facade is actually the so called "Grand Media" Facade.. The facade is actually gonna be a video facade,so the stock news,information about the city (traffic,events,weather etc.) will be displayed on the tower :)

I`ve watched the whole project on BHT1 in In:Puls show.. theyve showed the 3d video clip about it :D theyre gonna put the traffic,that goes near the tower,under the ground,so that they can make some kind of "Sarajevo Times Square"...
Also the center will include: a high tech hotel,shopping centers,multiplex cinema with 10 cinema halls,golf courses,and jogging tracks... :)
the whole area is 250.000 square meters...

That area of Sarajevo is going to look great. Now if only Triland would tell us what its planing.

Bosnien erhält ein Grand Media Center. Das grösse Immobilienprojekt des Landes kostet 170 Millionen Euro. Es wird von der Alpha Baumanagement hochgezogen.

Jakob Kuess und Josef Ladinig, die beiden Chefs des Villacher Projektentwicklers Alpha Baumanagement, engagieren sich erneut gross in Bosnien-Herzegowina. Rund um das Hotel Holiday Inn in Sarajevo, das sie vor zwei Jahren um 22,8 Millionen gekauft haben und das um 30 Millionen Euro modernisiert wird, entsteht in den nächsten Jahren das Grand Media Center.

Es gilt mit veranschlagten Kosten von 170 Millionen Euro als bislang grösstes Immobilien-Investment in Südosteuropa. Als Finanzpartner an Bord ist die Hypo Alpe-Adria. Sie war bereits beim Holiday Inn-Projekt dabei, einem der ersten grossen und erfolgreichen Privatisierungen des Landes.

Das Hotel ist eines der Wahrzeichen Bosniens. Es wurde für die Olympischen Winterspiele 1984 in Sarajevo gebaut und war Schauplatz der offiziellen Olympia-Zeremonien. Während des Bosnien-Kriegs und der vierjährigen Belagerung fungierte das Hotel als internationales Medienzentrum.


Turm als Wahrzeichen

Als neues Symbol für die Zukunft wird das Grand Media Center gelten, hiess es bei der Vorstellung des Grossprojekts. Auf einer Fläche von 23 Hektar rund um das Holiday Inn entsteht ein Büro-, Shopping- und Freizeit-Komplex mit einem 100 Meter hohen Turm als weithin sichtbares Wahrzeichen.

Jeweils mehr als 5000 Quadratmeter Nutzfläche werden allein ein Casino, eine Disco und ein Kinotempel einnehmen. Mit mehr als 6700 Quadratmetern ist ein Fitness-Center bemessen. Ein Kongresszentrum soll 3000 Besuchern Platz bieten und Sarajevo zum Schauplatz internationaler Veranstaltungen machen, zumal alles aufgeboten wird, was an neuesten Medientechnologien zu haben ist.

Die Alpha-Chefs haben renommierte High-Tech-Anbieter wie Siemens, Cisco, Sony und das Fraunhofer Institut als strategische Parntner für die Ausstattung des Media-Bereichs gewonnen.

Das Grand Media Center wird nach ersten Schätzungen 3000 neue Direkt-Arbeitsplätze schaffen. Kuess und Ladinig gehen davon aus, dass indirekt in Zulieferfirmen weitere 3000 Jobs entstehen.

Sarajevo amazed me. It hosted Olpimpics and people recognize Sarajevo very well. With the new airport and new developments , Sarajevo is leading with Belgrade.

Damn, I love that picture. If all those worthless commie apartments were demolished and the parking lots were used well, Marijin Dvor would have plenty of room for a couple of skyscrapers.

I used this old picture of Marin Dvor, as you can see its right after the war so it looks a little out of order...but the Area has improved greatly.

-The Blue Outlined areas is the future Triland Development Skyscraper, and also the Conference area.

-The yellow is the new Unis tower, 30 floors, around 130(m), 30 Million Euro investment.

-The red is the new Grand Media Center, by Holiday Inn, 100(m), 22 floors skyscraper. 170 Million Euro Investment, includes Video Facade, gold courses, sports arenas, movie theathers, conferece halls and things of that nature.

-Also the Parliament Building is undergoing reconstruction this summer, a brand new glass facade.

I think they have finished their papers a long time ago, I wish my grandfather still worked in Holiday Inn then I would know more and share with you all. I ap pretty sure they will start construction over June or July as the papers said, plus this will bring so much money to the owners its not even imaginable.

IS this a serious question? Lets put it this way, if I have a basic hotel, with crappy beds and no amenities, and you have a super awesome hotel, with a view on the city, dozens and dozens of amenities, restaurants, cafes and shops, whos going to get more costumers me or you? Its pretty logic, you! All rich business man, sport players (which already perfer as holiday inn as their fav hotel in BIH), investors and etc will go to holiday inn since it offers things that no other hotel offers in sarajevo, hell even in BIH. By making all these things the owner is putting out something thats totally different and offers something no other hotel does and if I had a lot of money and went to sarajevo for a vacation I would stay in holiday inn rather then some other hotel, since its just super awesome :okay: ....

Respectively more than 5000 square meter utility areas will take in alone a Casino, a disco and a movie theater temple. With more than 6700 square meters, a fitness-center is dimensioned. A congress center should offer place to 3000 visitors and make Sarajevo to the scene of international organizations especially since everything is proclaimed, what is to be had at newest media technologies. The alpha-bosses won renowned High-Tech-bidders as well as Siemens, Cisco, Sony and that of women yards institute as a strategic Parntner for the equipment of the media-area. That Grand media center will create 3000 new directly-jobs after first estimations. Kuess and Ladinig assume that indirectly in suppliers further 3000 jobs emerge.

So its official I guess, 100 meters tall, standing higher then the unitis twins, until unitic 3 takes back the thrown again ... :)

Yes indeed congratulations sarajevo. i love the mix of old and new. sarajevo has always been the meeting point of east and west, perhaps it can continue that legacy but infact with old and new.

I think more projects like these all over the balkans make us look more civilized and am sure when ppl see our cities in like 10-15 years from now with cluster skylines they will forget about the past and all the bs and view the balkans as a nice modern world..... Početak gradnje u martu

Gradnja Grand media centra, grandioznog kompleksa u sredi?tu Sarajeva, trebala bi početi u martu 2007. godine, kazali su nam u Upravi hotela Holidej in. Ističu da su veoma dugo čekali potrebne dozvole, te da su tek nedavno dobili građevinsku dozvolu od Ministarstva za prostorno uređenje i za?titu okoli?a Kantona Sarajevo.

Nosilac projekta je, vrijednog između 150 i 170 miliona eura, austrijska kompanija Alpha Baumanagament vlasnika Jakoba Kuesa, sa svojim partnerom Hypo Alpe Adria Consultants BiH. U centru kompleksa će se nalaziti postojeći hotel, koji će biti rekonstruisan, a oko obnovljene zgrade će se nalaziti trgovački centar, kasino i najveći kongresni centar na Balkanu.

?Gradnja će se razvijati u tri faze, prva počinje u martu naredne godine, a kompletan objekat bi trebao biti zavr?en 2010. godine. Va?no je istaći da radovi, bar u ovoj prvoj fazi, neće imati nikakav uticaj na rad hotela. Neće se raditi noću, niti će na bilo koji način gosti biti uznemiravani?, rekla nam je Astrid ?vener, direktorica marketinga.

Prizemlje će biti pru?ati mogućnost da se sa ovog mjesta bude u komunikaciji sa svim ostalim sadr?ajima centra, multiplex bioskopom, trgovinskim centrom, kasinom i prostorom za rekreaciju.

U sastavu centra će se nalaziti toranj visok 100 metara sa 22 sprata u kojem će se nalaziti uredi, restorani kao i smje?tajni kapaciteti. Sve različite jedinice koje sačinjavaju centar mogu se voditi kao odvojeni blokovi, ali i koristiti zajedno.

?To je rezultat modernog projekta grad u gradu, ?to će pru?ati velike mogućnosti za sve poslovne ljude, kao i za građane Sarajeva?, nagla?ava direktorica ?vener.

Mogućnost novih zapo?ljavanja

U ovom centru će direktno biti zaposleno 2.000, dok će broj indirektno zaposlenih biti 5.000 ljudi. Prostiraće se na 140.000 kvadratnih metara, a na zapadnoj strani zgrade će biti izgrađena četiri ureda za visoku bezbjednost. Između prostora će se nalaziti tropski vrt i veliki atrij, koji bi trebali povezati pojedine ambijente u jednu cijelinu.

Whats not to like? It has a modern design, nice design, screens on the building, converts the cheese block into a nice componant of the scraper its self and possibly attracts more business buildings to the area due to how it actually looks and what the building its self does and has.

^^ I dont know for some reason I just think the design is too much. it seems like they overdid it. Just my opinion but as always its good that brings investment and jobs to the area.

Grand Media design is kind of strong without the Unis buildings near them the hotel would look atrocious. This way the building fits in.

Počinju u maju, ako Bog da. Da, ima više spratova ali se drže zadate visine od 100 metara plus antena na vrhu. U holu Holiday Inna imaju još 3 panoa sa slikama. Oni su u glavnom o shopping centru i kasinu. Također planirano je i multipleks kino sa čak 14 kino sala.

Radnici Holiday Inn-a traže sastanak

Predstavnici Sindikata PPDIVUT i sindikalne podružnice Holiday Inn-a nakon jučerašnjeg sastanka u ovom hotelu uputili su dopis Kantonalnoj agenciji za privatizaciju Sarajevo u kome traže da se što prije održi sastanak na kome bi se razgovaralo o najavi otpuštanja oko sto radnika Holiday Ina.


-Radnici tvrde da kupac, austrijska firma Alpha Baumanagement GmbH namjerava nakon isteka roka od tri godine otpustiti oko sto radnika zbog čega strahuju jer ne znaju ko će biti prekobrojan – kazao je Feni predsjednik sindikata PPDIVUT Mehmed Avdagić.

Prema njegovim riječima, radnici su na današnjem sastanku istakli da kupac nije ispoštivao obaveze iz kuprodajnog ugovora i da u hotel nije unio nikakva sredstva, nego da su ulagana radnička sredstva.

-Radnici smatraju da je najopravdanije pokrenuti raskid kupoprodajnog ugovora za Holiday Inn – istakao je Avdagić.

Zaključci sa današnjeg sastanka, dodao je, bit će proslijeđeni i direktoru hotela da bi utvrdili u kojem pravcu dalje djelovati s obzirom da je u Holiday Inn-u potpisan povoljan kolektivni ugovor.

Direktor Holiday Inn-a Senaid Fetahagić kazao je Agenciji Fena da nema nikakvih saznanja o eventualnom otpuštanju radnika ovog hotela.

-U medijima se privatizacija Holiday Inn-a uvijek isticala kao primjer uspješne privatizacije i da će biti zaposleno između 800 i hiljadu novih radnika, ali trenutno i zaposleni strahuju da će biti otpuštanja – kazao je Avdagić.

To je tipični bosanski pesimizam. Pa kako će raditi hotel i cijeli taj kompleks bez zaposlenih ljudi? To ih je vjerovatno nahuškao neki lokalni tajkun kako bi se poništila privatizacija i kako bi on kupi Holiday Inn po nekoj bagatelnoj cijeni obećavajući sadašnjim zaposlenicima vječni ostanak na njihovim radnim mjestima.

ocam nemaju jednog gosta godisnje (osim reprezentacija nekih) i sad se zale sto oce ljudi da naprave neto kako treba na tom mjestu, pa i ako otpuste 100 radnika, siguran sam da bi mnogo vise ljudi dobilo posao, hem u izgradnji samom objekta, hem poslije izgradnje, jer ce objekat bit 3x veci tako da ce sigurno trebati vise radnika...

dobro je da ostaje u istoj boji, meni se svidja sadasnja boja, prepoznatljiva je zgrada bas po boji, a to su i boje holiday inna.

slazem se u potpunosti, nikako ga ne treba rusiti, pa to je znak sarajeva, zajedno sa uniticom i bascarsijom. ako ce se nesto rusiti ima milion drugih stvari koje bi se mogle rusiti, a ne holiday inn.

Pa nije on ni rekao da se ne treba graditi, nego ne na toj lokaciji, aistina je da bi se polje ukolipo na marijin dvoru. Sarajka je bila predstavnike jednog vremena i jedne arhitekture, mozda sad nije atraktivna, ali smatram da bi bila za jedno 15god.

Ja gluposti da se ostavi Sarajka. Koliko ona meni nila draga, tipican je primjer socijalisticke gradnje. Unutra je tmurna, a propala sa vana. Bas kada udjes odmah ti se izlazi napolje. Niti je imala trg ispred niti parking kako treba. BBI je vec nesto fenomenalno i supermoderno.

Construction will start May this year and is expected to take approximately 2.5 years. The first phase will be the new 22 level skyscraper, followed by a retail mall, then congress centre and then finally a renovated Holiday Inn.

Sarajevo will see construction start in 3 months time on another skyscraper. :okay:

Sindikalna podružnica radnika hotela Holiday inn, koja je u sastavu Samostalnog sindikata PPDIVUTBiH, smatra da je kupac sarajevskog hotela Holiday Inn ispoštovao sve odredbe kupoprodajnog ...

... ugovora, pa odustaje od ranije tražene revizije ugovora koja se odnosila na određena ulaganja u postojeći objekt.

Predstavnici ovog sindikata, danas su saopćili, da su se na sastanku s menadžmentom i vlasnikom hotela uvjerili kako nisu osnovana strahovanja za masovnije otpuštanje radnika kako je ranije nagovještavano.

- Namjera poslodavaca je da u ovoj godini krene s izgradnjom Grand media centra čija bi izgradnja trajala dvije godine. Objekt bi omogućio otvaranje oko hiljadu novih radnih mjesta, a u izgradnju bi bilo uloženo oko 160 miliona eura, navodi se u saopćenju sindikata.

Prekvalifikacijom i usavršavanjem jednog dijela radnika koji bi bio višak novom sistematizacijom radnih mjesta, bilo bi omogućeno zapošljavanje u tom centru.

Ukoliko i bude viška, menadžment i vlasnik su se obavezali da će zajedno sa sindikatom naći optimalno rješenje i da nijedan radnik neće biti otpušten, a da ne bude adekvatno zbrinut, ističu iz Sindikata.

Ulaganje milion KM za godinu

SARAJEVO - Kupac hotela "Holiday Inn" Sarajevo, austrijska firma "Alpha Baumanagement", obavezan je do 31. marta iduće godine uložiti milion KM u obnovu ovog hotela.

Ovo je navedeno u aneksu kupoprodajnog ugovora koji su juče potpisali predstavnici Agencije za privatizaciju Kantona Sarajevo (KAP) i austrijske kompanije, nakon što je Upravni odbor KAP u četvrtak odlučio kupcu sarajevskog hotela produžiti rok za izvršenje obaveze ulaganja.

Nazmija Pipić, direktor Kantonalne agencije za privatizaciju, rekao je juče da će biti pokrenut postupak za raskid kupoprodajnog ugovora ukoliko "Alpha Baumanagement" do kraja iduće sedmice na račun KAP ne uplati milion KM kao garanciju da će uložiti u hotel.

"Sa kupcem 'Holiday Inna' potpisali smo aneks ugovora. Produžen im je rok za ulaganje uz uslov da nam uplate milion KM. Mislim da će to učiniti tokom dana. Taj novac će im biti vraćen čim ulože u postojeći hotel", kazao je juče Pipić.

Istakao je da "Alpha Baumanagement" planira u roku od tri godine uložiti 160.000 eura u projekat izgradnje "Grand media centra" u okviru čega će biti obnovljen i hotel "Holiday Inn".

"Izgradnja centra nema veze sa kupoprodajnim ugovorom. Nas interesuje milion KM ulaganja u postojeći hotel. Taj milion KM mora biti investiran u roku od godinu dana", dodao je Pipić.

Podsjetio je da kupac "Holiday Inna" nije do 31. marta ove godine, kada su istekle tri godine od potpisivanja kupoprodajnog ugovora, izvršio obavezu ulaganja u hotel.

Agencija za privatizaciju Kantona Sarajevo nije prihvatila zahtjev "Alpha Baumanagementa" da se kao ulaganje priznaju investicije u projektnu dokumentaciju, građevinsku dozvolu i plaćanje obaveza državi koji se odnose na izgradnju "Grand media centra", te je kupac sarajevskog hotela zatražio produženje roka ulaganja.

Obezbijeđeno 13,2 miliona KM gotovine

Agencija za privatizaciju Kantona Sarajevo je, prodajom državnog kapitala šest preduzeća u prošloj godini, inkasirala 13,2 miliona KM gotovine u budžet kantona, kazao je direktor agencije Nazmija Pipić.

Istakao je da je 20 odsto ovih sredstava namijenjeno penzionerima, do 15 odsto za socijalno zbrinjavanje radnika koji zbog stečaja, likvidacije ili privatizacije firmi ostaju bez posla, dok preostali novac ostaje na računu kantona.

"Prodajom smo obezbijedili 13,2 miliona KM gotovine koja ide na račun kantona, odnosno u budžet. Oko 206.700 KM su bili certifikati", rekao je Pipić.

Dogovor Agencije za privatizaciju i Alpha Baumanagmenta


Vlasnici ”Holidej ina” dobili novi rok od godinu dana


Austrijska kompanija Alpha Baumanagment, koja je prije tri godine kupila sarajevski hotel Holiday inn dobila je od Agencije za privatizaciju Kantona Sarajevo (KAP) novi rok od godinu dana da uloži najmanje milion KM u ovaj hotel, saznaje Oslobođenje.


Kao garanciju da će uložiti novac kompanija je na depozitni račun KAP-a uplatila milion KM, koji će u slučaju neispunjenja privatizacijskih obaveza ostati državi. Direktor KAP-a Nazmija Pipić nam je rekao:


“Novi rok ističe 31. marta 2008. godine, a Alphi će novac biti vraćen kada uloži najmanje milion KM u hotel”.


Podsjećamo, Alpha Baumanagment je za 42,9 miliona KM kupio Holiday inn s obavezom da u tri godine zadrži sve radnike na poslu i da u hotel uloži najmanje milion KM. Nakon isteka trogodišnjeg perioda radnici su iznijeli sumnju da će ostati bez posla i da će hotel biti preprodan, a milion nikada nije uložen. To je bilo dovoljno da Agencija preispita namjere vlasnika. “Austrijska kompanija ima velike planove sa Holiday inn-om, tako da je milion KM ’kap u moru’ u odnosu na njihov plan da u hotelski kompleks ulože 320 miliona KM. Agenciji je stalo da počne gradnja tog centra u kojem bi bilo zaposleno 400 ili 500 radnika. To bi bilo najveće inostrano poslijeratno ulaganje u BiH. Njihov glavni vlasnik Jakob Kues nam je obećao da će do kraja godine početi radovi”, istaknuo je Pipić.


Alpha Baumanagment je, takođe, planirala da u naredne dvije do tri godine izgradi Grand Media Centar, ali posljednjim događajima ovaj projekat je bio doveden u pitanje. Zasad se prašina slegla jer su radnici i menadžment hotela dogovorili da neće biti otpuštanja radnika bez prijeke potrebe. Međutim, u Agenciji za privatizaciju Kantona Sarajevo su Alphi uputili jasnu poruku da će ukoliko milion KM ne bude uložen u hotel kupoprodajni ugovor biti raskinut.


“Alpha je tražila produženje roka za ulaganje milion KM do novembra, ali mi smo im dali duži rok - do kraja marta sljedeće godine. To je uobičajena praksa kada je riječ o ogromnim investicijama, pogotovo jer su u Alphi obećali da će samo u Holiday inn uložiti oko deset miliona KM”, kaže Pipić.

Evo sad sam gledao vijesti, razlog zbog kojeg su odustali od izgradnje nebodera(gradit ce al samo manje zgrade) su gradani koji zive na Mariijin Dvoru, smeta im sto ima previse "kafica i poslovnih prostora", plus izgradnja Unitic 3 isto zavisi od volje gradani :ohno:

I da dodam da je pravi razlog zbog kojeg su se bunili gradani je sto nece moci gospoda da gledaju korz prozor kako su do sada gledali :bash:

Treba ih sve poslat da zive na selo negdje gdje nema ni asfalta ak im smetaju poslovni prostori, i zanima me kako je ATT dobio dozvolu, bilo bi lijepo da ih preko medija stisnemo da nam odgovore na ovo pitanje jer koliko se ja sjecam nije bilo ni javne rasprave :ohno:

Ne razumijem sto odjednom pitaju gradane i prave nekakve rasprave kad ih do sada nisu ni za sta pitali ako se ne varam, nijedan projekat od ovih sto se grade nije isao na javnu raspravu. Odoh sutra onda da trazim da se obustavi gradnja one zgrade na otoci, previse je velika i mozda cu usput trazit da sruse Bosmal onak ne svida mi se :nuts:
