At 10 floors high it'll be hard for this to be one of the most stunning projects based in its vicinity. Especially considering Dubai Towers will be close by. Marketing bullshit at its finest right there! Also, with "intense investor interest in this project," you'd think they might have it at least mentioned somewhere on their website or have a picture of it floating around somewhere, but no...

Oh well, we can add the height to the thread title now.

Isnt the lagoons down by meydan rather than by the dubai towers?

Check the Masterplan or pictures of the model. Most of it is low and midrise.

A 10-storey building with panoramic views of the water as well as The Lagoons, one that also serves as a gateway to the premier retail district with latest “SMART HOME TECHNOLOGY. It’s only once you enter your own apartment that you realize buying a home in Grand Lagoon is perhaps the best move you’ve ever made…Externally, the spectacular profile of the building compliments its exclusive position on a prominent corner, creating a sensation of exclusivity before you even enter the lobby. Once inside, perhaps the first thing that’ll strike you, apart from the unashamed luxury, is the sheer scale of the facilities. A sun deck and pool - which faces the park and water - kids play areas, a steam room, game room, even squash courts are all within the complex and literally on your doorstep. And, as you’d expect, CCTV and 24 hour security means your private life remains just that way – private.
