they certainly applied a different construction technique here, if you look at the basement (?), it seem like it's atom-bomb resistant. they're better than the piles being used to construct a twin 21 structure hotel somewhere :lol: :jk:

parang pyramid ang design ng top floors. actually kulang pa ng isang floor yan, ito yung close up sa top floor, yang protruding bars ang last floor. if you count from the ground 13th floors lahat pero ang ground floor starts at the 2nd floor so 12 storey lang ang count. i dunno kung anong gawin nila sa ground at basement siguro parking area.

For a second I thought these two structures are one and the same. But who knows, the final design (on construction completion phase) was an alteration of the other rendering.

don't worry, that building na nakaharang na inoccupy ng robinsons bank ay pag aari pa rin ng central park hotel. definitely it will go once the building is finished. :)
