Btw, the official rendering of those towers does not reveal the architect and the building contractor. The architect must be as good as the architect of Central Park Hotel whose name appears on the perspective. Sayang naman yung talent nya if hindi man lang nilagay sa official rendering ang name nya...

Ive worked with Expedia.com and as a former travel specialist - trust me, star ratings have no bearing at all.

An unknown hotel can easily advertise itself that its a four star or a three star.

star system only matters to those who can afford...so for example, you are rich and can afford to burn money (literally, pansindi ng sigarilyo using the furnace...nyahaha), you'd want to choose a hotel with all the amenities (spa, 24hr room service, etc etc)...

but, if youre an SP (simpleng pinoy), magpapa-spa ka ba sa hotel na overpriced naman? magpaparoom service k b ng overpriced food in the middle of the night? malamang hindi...hehehe...yun lang po.

siguro naman may structural consultants sila to ensure that it is safe noh? hehe

what you are showing is for a steel framed structure, while ang sa central park is reinforced concrete

Ask ko lng ba't walang crane sa construction site ng Central Park Hotel and to think it is 12 storeys high? Dito kasi sa Zamboanga yung ginagawang extension ng Garden Orchid hotel na 11 storeys may crane siya.:cheers:

As of today, mahumanhuman na pud ang 9th floor..... siguro mahuman ang vertical construction by February or March. Then after that, finishing na....... We have another 12-storey high building added to Davao skyline...... ang next tall buildings will be the Magallanes Residence.... I consider Magallanes Residence tall na kasi parang ka level niya ang Apo View Hotel ug Mandaya Hotel sa kataas between 7, 8 or 9 storey high. :)
