Well within 10 years boys, since they already clear Dai Lo Dong Tay on Thu Thiem Pen., they thu Thiem bridge was also finished, Phu My bridge will be done this year, the tunnel is also in construction. The goverment also loaned money to start ground clearance on Thu Thiem pen. so construction of the thu thiem urban will definitely starts in 1-2 years max.

Is Financial Tower ring a bell? That my friend is only one building. This is a city we're talking about here. Call me nut if you will but I predict 20-25 years for Thu Thiem to fully operational.:lol:

I don't think it will takes that long, at max in 10 years time, once the infrastructure and ground clearance are complete, other things will takes off like a kite in the wind.

no idea, but thu thiem is not that giant so it won't be too long.

Hello, I am an architecture student and I am desperately in need of any kind of CAD or 3D information for this site (and downtown core). If anyone has any information, and would like to help a student out, please message me.

I am aware that the recent competition had some documentation that was shared via password and login, however I discovered this project just recently and missed the registration. If there is someone out there who is participating and wouldn't mind sharing their login, that would be great too.

Please bare in mind that this is not a solicitation, and I am using this information strictly for academic research.
