Warsaws 3rd tallest building, and in my opinion one of the best looking towers in Europe.
Vertigo August 21st, 2003, 11:28 PM Yeah, that's a good looking tower! Good news for Warsaw, which already has a nice skyline!
Any more renderings?
LDN_EUROPE August 22nd, 2003, 12:06 AM cool tower!
sOmeOne August 22nd, 2003, 05:19 AM A great addition to Warsaw's skyline!! The city definitely deserves it!!
Mantas August 22nd, 2003, 01:30 PM Congrats! :D
Kommentare August 22nd, 2003, 03:14 PM Looks Nice
Blunther August 22nd, 2003, 05:42 PM Bloody hell, Warsaw's going to have an amazing skyline.
Vertigo August 22nd, 2003, 05:49 PM I can't really figure out where the tower is going to be built... it clearly is near the central station and the palace of culture and science, but in which direction (north? west?)?
lukay August 22nd, 2003, 08:02 PM http://217.98.208.46/wawa/wawa2.jpeg
Rondo 1 is going to be build right behind the building that says Bosch. The short green one. The first building on your right is the main train station. Palace of Culture and Science would also be to your right. Its a perfect location :)
megaptera August 22nd, 2003, 09:15 PM http://www1.gazeta.pl/im/1453/z1453934G.jpg
Well, to tell the truth those 194m include antenna mast . Nevertheless it's gonna be great :)

Tower will be situated to the North-West from the Palace (and very close to Warsaw Financial Center) and to the North from the central station.
Look at first rendering - Palace of Culture is visible there, on the left, and Marriot, which is really close to the central station, is on the right :)
MiCH August 24th, 2003, 10:09 PM You Warsaw guys are so lucky. Getting more dense by the moment. This tower is really nice.
Hotelier August 25th, 2003, 12:31 AM Really nice tower.:)
Tom1968 August 25th, 2003, 04:45 AM This tower is one of my favourite buildings from Europe.
ekstaza August 26th, 2003, 04:22 PM This is cool project :) .
Þróndeimr August 26th, 2003, 07:48 PM Wow, great Il'd realy liked the entrance area, great design.
blimey August 26th, 2003, 08:42 PM Great tower.
Warsaw's skyline will look really American after this gets built.
Peter The Great August 27th, 2003, 01:11 AM Yes, very nice looking design indeed...but I hope to God that Warsaw isn't going or planning to look like an American city with it's planning and architecture. Lucky this building doesn't look very American...it's original and very European (if there is such a thing) in my opinion. Wish it was taller though >(
Patrick Highrise August 27th, 2003, 08:57 AM I think this could become the best looking scraper of Warsaw!! I like the design. And its good to see something tall getting under construction!!! :okay:
LDN_EUROPE August 28th, 2003, 01:37 AM love the tower!
PornStar August 28th, 2003, 01:04 PM wow, I'm very happy for Warsaw! This city could become the skyscraper capital of Europe some day(maybe very soon?)! ;)
jqubb October 4th, 2003, 07:00 PM i can't wait to see it!!!

jqubb October 5th, 2003, 01:39 AM hehe, sorry i just picked one from the list. thanks for letting me keep it, but i'll change it anyways, cause i want it to be original.
artoor October 17th, 2003, 03:34 PM The construction site looks busy. Hope the building
will rise so quickly as nearby IC hotel (almost completed).
CaptainJackSparrow November 11th, 2003, 10:51 AM Awesome building! Decent height as well for a European building.
John November 11th, 2003, 02:16 PM Any chances to see fresh construction pics? :) hasn't the framework started yet?

I don't know, our photographers are lazy :D But at this moment even foundations aren't ready and there's nothing interesting to look at :)

ch1le June 7th, 2004, 09:19 PM heh yeah its real nice... only i have 1 question... how low can u make a 40 storey building? since they might start building one soon... they have given a hight of only 120 meters.. which is! SMALL!!!!!! howcome
John June 7th, 2004, 09:30 PM @ch1le
a residential of 40 storeys and 120-130m is quite a normal thing because floor-to floor height can be as low as 3 m. Different thing for A class offices, it's usually about 3.5-3.7m

Mekky II September 1st, 2004, 03:36 PM What is Euroflag doing there? :|
Because Cap Gemini / Ernst and Young is a french company maybe. French firms enjoy a lot the EU flag and to say that they are the first investors in Poland :D (But E&Y surely took a british architect because the company has british roots)
Nowa siedziba = New headquarters / Ernst and Young 2006
http://www.rondo1.pl/img/photos/b09.jpg
Paolo September 1st, 2004, 06:59 PM The general contractor/investor is a polish branch of german Hochtief. Ernst&Young has signed simply a lease contract with HOCHTIEF for 11,000 square meters (the whole space is 95 000) of office premises and it will be the main headquater for their 1000 polish employees.
Mekky II September 1st, 2004, 08:02 PM Germany and France do a good job so :D
