Žilina is third largest city in Slovakia. It takes place in the north and it is important traffic cross in the central Europe. It has 85 000 inhabitans!

i think i was there 2 years ago ... isn´t there the "matador" factory ?!

Matador (tires production) takes place in Puchov small city near Žilina (25km)
After several years Žilina became more developed city and nowadays with help of many developer´s projects it leads to be modern european city.
Typicall architecture of east-european cities is changed to classicall renesance or medieval (mainly cetre of town) and in the edge of the town are locatedbig shops and building with needed office area.
Region is of course beautifull....=)

Yeah the building/developement is way to big for the size of the city!!! I dont know if it will work, but im sure the developers will have checked that before!!!

There is a shortage of office area in Žilina and because of new IT investment and other e.g. KIA and subsuppliers, developers have to answer in way such as quite tall building for small-sized city.
But they checed market and it will be profitable so no problem:)

The scraper is only acceptable, but I think it will be better in future. Zylina is in good region - behind Upper Silesian Metropolitan Region (4 mln inhabitants), Ostrava Region (1 mln) and Bratyslawa-Vienna (3 mln)
